The first-hour visit fee is paid in advance. Parts, licences and additional time require approval.

First 60 minutes, plus HST

Important service boundaries
Can every computer problem be repaired at my location?
No. Software, setup and peripheral issues are suitable for on-site service. Networking is not included. Repairs requiring disassembly, soldering, specialized tools or extended testing are completed at a ThrifTech store with your authorization.
Are parts included in the visit fee?
No. Parts, paid software and licences are separate. We will explain the cost and obtain approval before adding anything.
Do I need to provide passwords?
You may enter a temporary password yourself when needed. ThrifTech does not need to permanently store your personal password.
What access is required?
Please provide safe legal parking, a clear workspace, access to required devices and an adult decision-maker at the appointment.
